Massage is a preventative, corrective and rehabilitation therapy to maintain and achieve the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures of the body, with focus on long term pain relief and maintenance of the body. Maintaining the health, strength and correct positioning of the soft tissue (muscle) helps to provide strength and keep the skeletal system in the correct position. If you are currently receiving other treatments such as Chiropractic, Physio or Osteopathic treatments then massage can help you to maintain the results gained elsewhere. By ensuring that the soft connective tissue is not reversing the gains made with other modes of treatment.

We don’t use oils but prefer to use a moisturiser (main ingredient rain water) to enhance the treatments.
This simple, holistic and non-invasive, soft-tissue therapy involves a series of muscle and connective tissue (fascial) movements which stimulate and balance energy flows – encouraging the body to realign and balance itself. It can prove helpful in the treatment of many disorders, working with the cause rather than just on the symptoms. No oils are used with the client remaining dressed throughout. First two sessions usually within 5 days of each other, with the third after 7 days, this, to assist the body to regulate and self heal.
