Remedial Massage

Massage is a preventative, corrective and rehabilitation therapy to maintain and achieve the normal integrity of the soft tissue structures of the body, with focus on long term pain relief and maintenance of the body. Maintaining the health, strength and correct positioning of the soft tissue (muscle) helps to provide strength and keep the skeletal system in the correct position. If you are currently receiving other treatments such as Chiropractic, Physio or Osteopathic treatments then massage can help you to maintain the results gained elsewhere. By ensuring that the soft connective tissue is not reversing the gains made with other modes of treatment.
